San Rafael, CA – December 20, 2012. San Rafael Police are looking for a suspect who robbed a downtown bank late this afternoon and are asking for the public’s help in identifying him.
SRPD received a hold-up alarm shortly before 5:00 p.m. from Citibank at 666 Third Street. The suspect entered the bank, went directly to a teller and demanded cash. No weapon was seen. He left the area on foot and was last seen running north on Tamalpais Avenue. The robber is described as a white male, age 20 to early 30’s, approximately 5’8” with a slender build. He has a shaved head and some facial hair - maybe two days growth of beard, and tattoos on his head, neck, and hands. The suspect was wearing a red hoodie with a design on the front, sunglasses, and jeans.
