Third Suspect Sought In Restaurant Shooting

San Rafael, CA – April 10, 2014.  A third suspect is being sought in connection with last month’s shooting at Pa’s Restaurant and a no-bail warrant has been issued for his arrest.

Daniel Rivera Vazquez, age 26, DOB 10/21/1987 is wanted for attempted murder.  Vazquez, who has the nickname of “Tears”, is a Hispanic male, 5’8”, 155 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.  He has three tear-drop shaped tattoos under his left eye.  Vasquez is considered armed and dangerous and anyone seeing him should call 9-1-1 immediately.

Vazquez is the third suspect to be identified as a known participant in the March 1st crime.  Two other men, Christian Fernando Moran, 19, and Victor Alexis Deleon, 20, were arrested Tuesday evening for conspiracy and attempted murder.  They are being held without bail at Marin County Jail and made their first court appearance this morning. The shooting occurred  just after 1 a.m. when a gunman entered the crowded B Street restaurant, walked up to the 31year-old victim and shot him several times. The victim suffered grievous injuries and remains hospitalized.  The investigation is continuing and there may be additional arrests.
